Police scored in the campaign against crime with the arrest of two suspected drug pushers and four wanted persons and confiscation of shabu and a loose firearm in Nueva Ecija.
A report on Wednesday, Dec. 21, from Col. Richard V. Caballeron, officer-in-charge, Nueva Ecija police, said two drug pushers were arrested in separate buy-bust operations in Gapan City and Santo Domingo.
Seized from the suspects were suspected shabu with a total value of P5,580. Suspects face drug-related charges.
The four wanted persons face frustrated murder and estafa charges and are now under the custody of the arresting units.
A homemade 12-gauge shotgun was voluntarily surrendered to the Jaen police in line the PNP’s Balik-Baril Program and intensified campaign against gun-for-hire and other lawless individuals.
