CEU-Makati leads November 2022 Dentist Licensure Exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) hailed Centro Escolar University-Makati (CEU-Makati) as the top performing school for the November 2022 Dentist Licensure Examination.

CEU-Makati garnered an overall passing rate of 95.93 percent with 118 out of 123 successful examinees.

Meanwhile, CEU-Malolos landed in the third spot with an 86.30 passing rate.

The University of Baguio is the exam's second top-performing school as per PRC with a rating of 93.85 percent.

Jose Paulo Dela Cruz Ingaran and Patricia Rye Vergara Estrella both from CEU-Manila landed in the 4th and 7th spot in the top 10 highest places with 83.40 percent and 82.63 percent scores respectively.

CEU-Makati graduate Jennifer Cristy Barras Kambeitz is in the 10th spot with a score of 81.90 percent.

The commission advised that Janelle Kirsten Ong Go from the University of the Philippines-Manila is the top notcher for the said board exam.

She garnered a rating of 83.64 percent.

On Tuesday, Dec. 20, PRC announced that 1,431 out of 2,341 passed the November 2022 Dentist Licensure Examination.

It was given by the Board of Dentistry in Manila, Baguio, and Cebu including Dr. Rodolfo R. Drapete, Officer-In-Charge (inhibited); Dr. Melinda L. Garcia, Dr. Carlito D. Paragas, Dr. Gloria M. Bumanlag and Dr. Merlin A. Go, Members.

The date and venue of the oathtaking ceremony will be announced later as per PRC.

"On February 13 - 17, February 20 - 24 and March 1 - 3, 2023, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals," the commission added.
