67 lawbreakers arrested in weeklong police operations in Tarlac

CAMP GENERAL FRANCISCO S. MACABULOS, Tarlac City – Tarlac Police Provincial Office’s weeklong conduct of anti-criminality campaign in Tarlac Province from Dec. 12 to Dec. 18 resulted in the arrest of 67 law violators.

Out of the 67 arrested, 23 were wanted persons who have pending cases of murder, rape, theft, serious physical injuries, qualified theft, and other violations under special laws.

Fourteen individuals were arrested during anti-illegal drug operations that also resulted in the confiscation of a total of 38 plastic sachets containing shabu.

Twenty-six individuals were apprehended for illegal gambling in separate raids that also resulted in the confiscation of P39,515 bet money.

Four individuals were arrested during a police response.
