Third most wanted person in Nueva Vizcaya arrested in Santa Fe

CAMP MARCELO A ADDURU, Tuguegarao City- The third most wanted person in Nueva Vizcaya who is accused of a crime of rape was arrested in the municipality of Santa Fe on Friday, Dec. 2.

Joint tracker teams of Santa Fe Police cornered Rex Bahal, 27, at around 3:30 p.m. in his residence at Sitio Awa, Brgy. Bantinan, Santa Fe in Nueva Vizcaya.

Bahal was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of rape issued by Hon. Romeo U. Habbiling, Acting Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 30, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya dated November 22, 2022.

No bail was recommended for the temporary liberty of the accused.

Bahal is now in the custody of the Santa Fe Police for booking and documentation prior to turn-over to the court of origin.
