Grade 10 student holds solo painting exhibit in Lucena City

LUCENA CITY, Quezon -- A 15-year-old Grade 10 student is staging a solo exhibit of her paintings from Dec. 19 to Dec. 23 at the SM City Lucena Event Center.

Rafaella Elizah Bragais Dala dubbed her exhibit as "Prodigy's Journey Redala Solo Art," according to Maria Janet Geneblazo-Buelo, mall public relations manager.

Dala is a multifaceted artist who enjoys experimenting and learning new techniques.

She started joining exhibits when she was 11 and is the Quezon’s Artist Guild's youngest member.

Dala has participated in 36 local and national art shows and dabbed invarious arts and crafts to find her true calling.

She experimented with mixed media painting, resin artworks, wire, and woodblock sculpture.

Dala said she enjoys being an artist and takes it very seriously. She added the she works very hard to hone and develop her full potential and dreams.
