"Call Me Maybe" singer Carly Rae has shared a new Broadway-inspired video for her new single Surrender My Heart.
The latest music is part of her album 'The Loneliest Time' which was released in October.
'Surrender My Heart' features a whole Broadway show set up as multidisciplinary artists and creatives come in and out of shot in the theatre.
During her recent interview with Rolling Stone, Carly shared the inspiration behind her Broadway music video.
"There was something that sparked in that moment for me of kind of crossing the idea of bringing a ballerina, maybe bringing some other kind of true-blue Broadway stars in line with this project and making it a crossing of worlds in the best possible way,” she said.
The singer also collaborated with Lenovo under the direction of Brantley Gutierrez. Aside from Carly being the main character in the music video, she is also joined by Jane Krakowski who is known for her character as "Jenna Maroney" on a comedy sitcom "30 Rock".
