Pasay LGU issues advisory on business permit renewal

The Pasay City government will be implementing number coding scheme in the renewal of business permits starting Jan. 3 up to Jan. 20 next year.

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) will be serving business taxpayers based on the last digit of their business accounts from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Rubiano said those businesses with account numbers ending in 1 and 2 may pay their taxes during Monday, 3 and 4 on Tuesday, 5 and 6 on Wednesday, 7 and 8 on Thursday, and 9 and 0 on Friday.

She said the BPLO will also implement Business Permits One Stop Shop (BOSS) at four selected malls in the city.

The mayor said business taxpayers may visit the Pasay City Astrodome located at Derham Park corner Roxas Boulevard on Jan 3 to 13; the Mall of Asia (MOA) Level 2 North Wing, Entertainment Mall from Jan. 16 to 20; at the ground floor of Double Dragon Plaza on Macapagal Boulevard; and on the second floor of New Port Mall in Newport Boulevard, both on Jan. 3 to 20.

She told business tax payers to pay their business tax on time.
