MULANAY, Quezon – Forty-two Technical Education and Skills Development Authority scholars from this town and Catanauan, this province, have completed a short course and received tool kits from Quezon Provincial Board Member Jet Suarez.
They received a TESDA NC II certificate in cookery during their graduation here.
The tool kits will to enable them to start a livelihood, according to Suarez.
He said that the project was initiated by former Quezon Rep. Aleta Suarez along with TESDA to help out-of-school youths, jobless individuals, and housewives have livelihood opportunities and eventually start a business.
