CEBU CITY — Two graduates of a State-run university here topped the October 2022 Licensure Examination for Teachers on the elementary level.
Baby Patricia Tabano Bensi and Maria Catherine Cauba, graduates of the Cebu Normal University (CNU), were No. 1 with identical 94.60 percent rating.
Another CNU graduate also made it to the Top 10. Diandra Bolo Trasona was fifth with a 93.60 percent rating.
Janece Gomera Miano is the fourth examinee who graduated from a Cebu City-based university to make it to the Top 10.
Miano, a graduate of the University of the Visayas, was fourth with a 93.80 percent rating.
Jessiree Flores Pantilgan, a graduate of the University of Mindanao-Panabo, topped the LET on the secondary level with a 94.60 percent rating.
Eunice Tan Contreras of University of Asia & the Pacific-Pasig is second with a 94 percent rating.
The Professional Regulation Commission, which conducted the LET last October, said 49,783 out of 91,468 or 54.43 percent passed the elementary level while 71,080 out of 139,534 (50.94 percent) hurdled the secondary level.
