Xian Lim ecstatic over new milestone

Xian Lim is jack of all trades.

Just recently, he added another skill to his list.

Aside from acting, singing, directing, painting, and playing musical instruments, Xian is now a certified figure skater.

On Instagram, he shared his journey to passing the Pre-Alpha–Delta test.

"So...this happened. I finally got to take the Pre Alpha - Delta Test (I'm always nervous about taking tests) Skating on ice is pure bliss. Watching other skaters with years of experience, the initial reaction is...wow, this is impossible for me to learn. But to want something you never had, you have to do something you've never done," he wrote as caption.

He then thanked his coach for the "patience" and "enthusiasm."

In the video, Xian revealed that he has been training for around four months now.

He admitted that at first, he thought it was "impossible" for him to learn a new skill this late.

"Also for a lot of reasons - mentally & physically and what will others say about me," he related.

Xian reiterated that it wasn't easy.

"And I fell. A lot," he added.

But he said that with enough perseverance and the people who believes in him, he kept going.

He then congratulated himself for passing.
