Cainta Comelec taps mall, barangay halls as venues for voters' registration

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) in Cainta, Rizal will be holding voters’ registration in Robinsons Cainta (formerly Big R), covered courts, and barangay halls for the whole month of December.

The official Facebook page of the Cainta Municipal Government announced that the Comelec will accommodate registrants at Robinson’s Cainta (3rd floor) on Dec. 16 to 17 and Dec. 22 to 23.

On Dec. 20, the Phase 1-A Covered Court Gate 2 at Karangalan Village in Barangay San Isidro will be open for residents wanting to be included in the Comelec's list of voters.

On Dec. 28, the PFCI Barangay Hall in Barangay San Andres will accept registrants, while on Dec. 29, the barangay hall in Barangay Sto. Domingo will be the venue for voters' registration.

Voters' registration at the Cainta office of the Comelec will also be held. Those who want to vote in the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) in October 2023 are encouraged to register until Jan. 31, 2023.

Registration venues, including the local Comelec office at the back of the municipal hall, are open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. from Monday to Saturday including holidays, except on Dec. 24 and 31.
