Brig. Gen. John Brion Kraft, SPD chief, was joined by Col. Aligre Martinez and Lt. Col. Noel Calapatia, in spearheading the event conducted by the District Community Affairs and Development Division (DCADD) under Lt. Col. Jenny Tecson.

The children received their Pamaskong Handog including food packs and juices, assorted toys, loot bags of assorted goodies like candies and biscuits, shoes, slippers, face masks and school supplies. A Mobile Kusina was situated beside the grandstand and distributed porridge.

In addition, the children were entertained by mascots, magic show, parlor games and Christmas-themed mobile cars and were blessed by Fr. Jake Failagmo from the Shrine of St. Therese of Child Jesus.

Kraft, in his message, expressed his gratitude to all the people behind the success of the activity as well as the stakeholders for their continued support.

He also encouraged all SPD personnel to continue practicing kindness and generosity even after the holidays, especially to the less fortunate children, emphasizing that the Christmas season is the time for sharing generosity, joy and peace.
