Marcos taps ex-LTO chief to head LTFRB

President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has designated former Land Transportation Office (LTO) chief Teofilo Guadiz III as the new chairman of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).

This was disclosed by Malacañang on Wednesday, Dec. 14, the same day Guadliz took his oath of office before Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin.

Prior to this, Guadiz was tapped by the President to be the LTO chief in July.
