Two high-value drug pushers nabbed, P1.36 M worth of shabu seized in Urdaneta buy-bust

PANGASINAN – Two high-value drug pushers were arrested as authorities found 200 grams of shabu worth P1.36 million during a buy-bust operation along the by-pass road I Barangay Nencayasan, in Urdaneta City on Tuesday morning, Dec. 13.

The buy-bust was conducted by joint elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Pangasinan Provincial Office (PDEA PANGPO) and Urdaneta City Police Station.

The PDEA identified the suspects as Mark John Tizon and John Carlo Sañez, both residents of Barangay Sto. Tomas Bukid, Pasig City, Metro Manila.

The two suspects were arrested at around 2:10 in the morning.

Seized during the operation were more or less 200 grams of shabu, one mobile phone, one motorcycle, several identification cards, and the buy-bust money.

A case for violation of Section 5 (Sale of dangerous Drugs), and Section 26 (Conspiracy to Sell Dangerous Drugs), Article II of RA 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, will be filed against the suspects.
