Hannah Arnold enters top 15 of Miss International 2022 pageant in Japan

Miss Philippines Hannah Arnold entered the top 15 of the Miss International 2022 pageant in Tokyo, Japan on Tuesday, Dec. 13.

Hannah is the only Asian in the top 15 dominated by Europeans and Latinas.

Pageant veteran Jasmin Selberg of Germany was crowned Miss International 2022. Previously, she represented Germany in international pageants such as Miss Globe and Miss Supranational.

Other candidates in the semifinals round are: France, Finland, New Zealand, Germany, Cabo Verde, Peru, Jamaica, Colombia, Costa Rica, Canada, Dominican Republic, Spain, Northern Marianas, and United Kingdom.

Hannah however failed to advance into the the Top 8. Candidates who finished in the Top 8 were Spain, Canada, Jamaica, Cape Verde, Colombia, Peru and Dominican Republic.

The Filipino-Australian model said she trained for four years before she finally competed in an international pageant.

A forensic scientist, Hannah thanked her fans and supporters as she vied for the country’s 7th Miss International crown.
