Man dies after falling from 4th floor of QC mall

A man died after he allegedly fell from the fourth floor of a mall in Quezon City on Sunday evening, Dec. 11.

The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) said the 18-year-old man suddenly fell into the activity area at the lower ground floor of Farmers Plaza, Araneta City, Brgy. Socorro, in the city at around 6:05 p.m.

A security guard responded to the area after a saleslady in the mall who witnessed the incident asked for his help, it added.

An ambulance of Araneta City brought the man to the World City Medical Center for treatment.

The man was declared dead in the hospital at around 7:19 p.m. on Sunday.

The incident is still under investigation, police said.
