Billy Crawford on Vhong Navarro's temporary release

Billy Crawford couldn't be happier that Vhong Navarro was granted temporary liberty.

In an interview with Mama Loi on "Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update," he said: “Siyempre naman, sino ba naman ang hindi matutuwa sa balitang ito, especially itong Paskong to dapat magkasama ang mga pamilya, di ba?”

Billy related that he and Vhong have been communicating.

“Actually, nag-text-an na kami ni Kuys (Vhong) and I’m just really happy sa kanya na, at least, makakasama niya yung anak niya, makakasama niya yung asawa niya, at magiging buo yung Pasko nila.”

He continued: “Naging malungkot sa buong industriya at sa buong sa Pilipinas, actually, nung naikulong siya. Pero at the end of the day, sana ma-resolve nang tama at sana ipagdasal pa rin natin si Vhong kasi medyo mahaba-haba pa rin ang pagdadaanan niya.”

“Siyempre, legal matters na ito hindi tayo puwedeng makisawsaw lang. So, kung ako lang, natutuwa ako dahil sa kaibigan ko na nakabalik siya sa pamilya niya ngayong Pasko.”
