President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. expressed his gratitude to the Malacañang Press Corps (MPC) for its support in delivering the government's message to the public.

Marcos said this as he hosted a dinner for the members of the MPC on Saturday evening, December 11.
In his speech, the President thanked the MPC members for their support in delivering public information.
"I know you have been working very, very hard to get the news out so that people know what's going on, what we are doing here," he said.
According to Marcos, despite busy schedules, attending a gathering and partaking in a meal is important during the holiday season, especially for Filipinos.
"It is always important to take... especially pagka ganito na holiday lalo na sa Pinoy, ang Pasko (like this time during holidays, especially Christmas for Filipinos), it's always important to take a step back a little bit, recharge and think again about what we are doing and that's what Christmas is to me," he said.
"So this is our version for all of you who have been so supportive," he added.
