Nadine Lustre on why she ditched Careless, James Reid's music label

Nadine Lustre is no longer with Careless, ex-boyfriend James Reid’s music label.

No, it has nothing to do with Liza Soberano as alleged.

In an interview with Rico Robles on DWRX that streamed on YouTube recently, Nadine explained she left the label simply because “the vision isn’t really aligned anymore.”

“I kind of want to do my own thing. They’re doing their own thing (and) iba na rin yung gusto kong gawin. The things I want to do and the things they want to do are very different things already.”

Nadine released one album for the label titled “Wildest Dreams” two years ago.

And based on the DWRX interview, she is seemingly not happy with it.

She said, ‘Every time I would listen to my previous album it makes me feel like ‘parang sayang.’ I was nanghihinayang.”

Nadine didn’t elaborate.

For now, she’d rather not do anything related to music.

“I want to focus on business and acting for now but I’m not closing my doors on music. I don’t have anything planned as yet but hopefully next year. Ang hirap ng sabay sabay.”
