Illegal recruiter tagged as Central Luzon's 7th most wanted nabbed in Eastern Samar

CAMP FRANCISCO S. Macabulos, Tarlac City – Police arrested a suspected illegal recruiter tagged as the seventh most wanted person in Central Luzon in Barangay San Saturnino, Borongan City, Eastern Samar on Thursday, Dec. 8.

The suspect, Arnel Norombaba, 44, married and a resident of Barangay Tibagan here and native of Eastern Samar, was arrested based on a warrant issued by Judge Allene Torres Peña of the Regional Trial Court Branch 110 here for syndicated illegal recruitment dated Sept. 2, 2022.

No bail was recommended by the court for the suspect who is also the third most wanted person in this city and the province.

Norombaba is now in the custody of the CIDG PFU Tarlac for proper disposition.
