The number of Filipinos without jobs has gone down to pre-Covid-pandemic levels as the country embarked on increased economic activities ahead of the holiday season, according to the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
The Philippines joined global efforts to push for free and universal access to Covid 19 and other vaccines as new sub-variants of the coronavirus continued to emerge around the world.
Popular television host and comedian Vhong Navarro reportedly cried when he learned that a Taguig court had approved his petition for bail for a rape charge filed by Deniece Cornejo. He was released Tuesday, Dec. 6, on a P1-million bail.
The implementing rules and regulations (IRR) for the Anti-Child Marriage Law was signed, according to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), that will protect children against “any person who causes, fixes, facilitates, arranges, performs, or officiates child marriage”.
