Philippine Airlines (PAL) is launching a network of international routes linking Clark International Airport (CRK) to Seoul, Busan and Hong Kong, the flag carrier announced Wednesday, November 9.
The Clark-Korea regular daily flights start this Friday, November 11, with PAL operating from Clark to Seoul Incheon.
PAL will have four weekly flights from Clark to Busan starting tomorrow, Thursday, November 10.
Hong Kong will join PAL’s Clark network in December, with the flag carrier mounting a thrice weekly seasonal service from Clark to Hong Kong on December 9.
“Clark is on the rise as we forge new connections to the business and tourist markets of Hong Kong and Korea,” remarked PAL President & COO Captain Stanley K. Ng.
International flights out of Clark International Airport will help bring greater flows of tourists and economic activity to Central Luzon region, he noted.
Furthermore, nonstop flights from Clark to Hong Kong, Seoul and Busan will offer convenience for PAL passengers residing in the northern parts of the Philippines.
PAL will deploy the 199-seater Airbus A321CEO aircraft for these flights, offering business class and economy class cabins.
The flag carrier currently flies between Manila and Seoul (Incheon) twice daily, as well as between Manila and Busan with four times weekly flights.
