LOOK: Alyssa Valdez shares throwback photo with Kim Fajardo

Alyssa Valdez shared a throwback photo of herself with close friend and fellow volleyball player Kim Fajardo moments after Creamline and F2 Logistics’ five-setter clash which saw the latter win.

The 29-year-old Valdez posted two endearing photos with Fajardo on her Instagram story.

Valdez was seen hugging Fajardo in both photos – one dated exactly 12 years ago when they were in high school and the recent one taken after their matchup in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Reinforced Conference on Tuesday, Nov. 8.

The two junior standouts from University of Santo Tomas have managed to keep the friendship in spite of the competition through their collegiate and professional careers.

The Cool Smashers' captain Valdez, finished with a 12-point outing, while Fajardo had 24 excellent sets for the Cargo Movers as they both move forward with their respective teams' semifinal bids.
