Andrea Torres overwhelmed by the praises she received portraying Sisa

Andrea Torres is more than thankful for the response she received from audiences relating to her portrayal of Sisa in "Maria Clara At Ibarra."

She actually dominated social media with her character's breakdown scene.

In fact, the word "Sisa," "Andrea Torres," and the drama series' hashtag of the day: "#MCIKumpisal" trended on Twitter.

Andrea commented: "Ay grabe sasabog ang puso ko. Sobra kong naappreciate. Lalo na pag sinasabi niyo na di na lang basta baliw si Sisa sa paningin niyo. That’s the best. TGBTG. #MCIKumpisal."

Later, the 32-year-old also tweeted: "Gusto ko lang malaman niyo na nakikita at nababasa ko ang mga posts niyo. Sobrang laking bagay hay kung alam niyo lang gano! Ang katotohanan niyan ako rin pinapaiyak niyo. Hehe. Di ako magsasawang magpasalamat. Patuloy po natin sundan ang kwento. Napakarami pong aabangan."
