On November 18, 2022, top executives from Robinsons Appliances Otis and its consumer electronics partners held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the relaunch of Robinsons Appliances Digital Store Otis. The store now offers the latest gadgets and computer peripherals for gamers and professionals.

During the pandemic, high-tech gadgets that can handle memory-intensive applications and photorealistic, immersive games were high in demand. Robinsons Appliances saw the need to provide these gadgets and has begun relaunching some of its branches to the Robinsons Appliances Digital Store, with the Otis branch as its latest.

“This store targets the gamers and professionals who need high-tech laptops and computers. This is where they can go,” Donna San Luis, Marketing Services Manager of Robinsons Appliances, shared.

The store offers the latest smartphones from well-known brands such as Apple, Samsung, and Oppo. Need a laptop that can handle day-to-day activities and casual gaming? Looking to play the latest games available? Drop by and check out the available professional and gaming laptops from Asus, Lenovo, Acer, and Dell. The store also has audio devices from JBL and drones from DJI.

“In this community, our customers are really loyal. We hope that they are able to appreciate a bigger lineup of gadgets,” she mentioned.

Apart from the wide selection of products, the good thing about dropping by the branch is the numerous activities, promos, and programs you can participate in. “We want this store to be the destination for like-minded groups and individuals,” Ms. San Luis mentioned.

Events like gaming tournaments, information sessions, and tutorials are some of the activities worth watching out for. Shoppers like you can also participate in in-store promos, discounts, and freebies. The store has an ongoing Stop, Shop and Win promo from November 18-30, 2022, where a ₱10,000-minimum purchase gives customers a chance to win additional prizes. Freebies and discounts are also available to select items upon purchase.

Another note-worthy program is the mobile phone trade-in. In partnership with CompAsia, customers can trade in old mobile phones for discount vouchers. These discount vouchers can be used when purchasing in any Robinsons Appliances branch. The discount amount will depend on the assessed value of the customer’s old mobile devices.
