Cong Frasco makes case for 'best son-in-law award'

If there's a "best son-in-law award" out there, Cebu 5th district Rep. Vincent Franco "Duke" Frasco ought to win it, hands down.

In a recent Facebook post, Rep. Frasco is seen in lending a hand in the "Caravan of Services" project of the provincial government led by Governor Gwen Garcia. The social services initiative was held in Camotes Islands.

Rep. Frasco, a deputy speaker in the House of Representatives, also uploaded a selfie with Garcia and tagged her as the "number one governor of the Philippines".

For those who don't know, Garcia is the mother of Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Christina Frasco, Rep. Frasco's better half.

Before her appointment as DOT chief, Secretary Frasco served as Liloan, Cebu mayor. For a time, she was also spokesperson of then-Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.

At any rate, Garcia is probably very happy and proud to have Rep. Frasco as son-in-law, given how sweet he is to his wife and the kind of father he is to his kids.
