Fans screamed their hearts out as the talented tandem of Kapuso stars Julie Anne San Jose and Rayver Cruz said "I love you" to each other during their first-ever concert dubbed "JulieVerse" at the Newport Performing Arts Theater last night.

The pair was preparing for another number when Rayver said to Julie Anne: "Come here. I wanna grab this opportunity." He then said in Tagalog: "Remember during your birthday, I told you what I was feeling. Now that we're here in Newport, in our concert, I just want to let people hear that ' Julie Anne San Jose, I love you. I love you so much."

Julie Anne stopped and composed herself for a bit, then faced Rayver and replied in the vernacular: "I just want to say I am so thankful that you came into my life. A lot of things have changed in my life ever since you came. That is why I want to say…I love you, too."

The two then proceeded to hug each other tightly.

In separate pre-recorded interviews which was shown during the concert, Julie Anne and Rayver - more popularly known as Juliever - declared that they can't live without each other and that they were each other's "constants."

The concert traced the journey of the Juliever loveteam - from the time they first worked together in Studio 7, then hosting the Clash and getting to know each other more while shooting the second part of the musical trilogy "Limitless : Heal" in the magical island of Siquijor.

For Julieverse, the young pair treated their fans to a space-themed spectacle of being inside their Universe. They showcased their talents in singing, dancing and playing musical instruments like the piano and guitar. They performed individually, and sang duets like "Wherever You Will Go," "Say You'll Never Go" by Neocolours, " Sana Ngayong Pasko" and " Tayong Dalawa," among others.

Juliever also did a couple of upbeat dance numbers with real-life sweethearts Mavy Legaspi and Kyline Alcantara.

Recently, GMA executives told the Manila Bulletin that "JulieVerse: The concert" will be staged abroad in 2023. The pair will also star soon in their own teleserye.
