The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has started the construction of a 15-storey office building of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) in Agham Road, Quezon City.
The construction commenced in a groundbreaking event at the 48th founding anniversary of NLRC.

Citing a report from DPWH National Capital Region Director Loreta M. Malaluan, Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan said the new NLRC building has an office space, conference halls, public spaces, multipurpose rooms, and parking lots.
“More than just providing flexibility and convenience to its employees, the project will deliver improved process and facility to accommodate NLRC’s clients, employers, to other members of the transacting public,” said Bonoan.
The NLRC has occupied various temporary offices since the 1990s before eventually renting a place at Ben-Lor Building.
With years of planning and collaboration, the new NLRC office came into reality with the help of DPWH and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
