AGRIBANK named one of the best employers of 2023

Unlocking milestones and being recognized for the steadfast and committed service of Agribankers

Agribusiness Rural Bank, Inc. (AGRIBANK), one of the most established and trusted rural banks in the Philippines, was named one of the best employers of 2023.

Out of the 300 employers in the country, AGRIBANK PH is the only rural bank that made it to the list of the Philippines' Best Employers claiming the 17th spot in the Banking & Financial Services category through a research done by Philippine Daily Inquirer, in partnership with Statista.

“It’s amazing to see how far we’ve gone. The pandemic brought a lot of innovations for AGRIBANK and after years of enhancements it finally paved the way for us to be where we are now. This recognition is a testimony of us breaking barriers- not just in services but also in the well-being of our employees. Things are only bound to get bigger and better for AGRIBANK,” says Danny Boy M. Antonio President of Agribusiness Rural Bank.

Antonio shared that during the pandemic, they upgraded and moved to a Digital Management System for the bank’s operational works through cloud-based inhouse systems improving the efficiencies of all employees from the executive down to the rank-and-file position. Additionally, the bank is using Oradian’s cloud banking system, Instafin for easier access of reports and data.
