PAGASA says generally fair weather to prevail throughout PH

The entire country can expect "generally fair weather," which means there will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with only some rain showers in the afternoon or evening, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Wednesday, Nov. 23.
PAGASA said it has not monitored a low pressure area or tropical cyclone that could affect the country on Wednesday.
The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ)—an area where winds coming from the northern and southern hemispheres meet—is still the dominant weather system in the country.
As such, partly cloudy to cloudy weather with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may prevail over the entire archipelago.
However, PAGASA still advised the public to be vigilant against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms, which are often accompanied by sudden heavy rains, lightning, thunder, gusts of wind, and sometimes hail.
