Senior Deputy Speaker and Pampanga 2nd district Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo says she finds it an "honor" to be able to help the Marcos administration.

Arroyo, a former president, gave a short interview to reporters on the sidelines of the "Garage sale for a cause 3" charity bazaar Wednesday, Nov. 23 at the House of Representatives north wing lobby.
She was asked about her reaction to being referred to by President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. as his "secret weapon" during the recent Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit held in Bangkok, Thailand.
"I'm very flattered," Arroyo said with a big smile.
"Anything I can do to help is an honor for me," added the ranking solon, who also formerly held the position of House Speaker.
Arroyo made rounds at the different stalls and spoke to proprietors at the bazaar prior to the event's opening ceremony at 9:30 a.m. She attended the opening rites.
Incidentally, the senior deputy speaker donated several of her pre-loved Filipinianas to the garage sale, proceeds of which would be used to fund the many causes of the Association of Women Legislators Foundation, Inc. (AWLFI).
Reports said one of Arroyo's gowns sold for P10,000.
The AWLFI organized the event.
