Deputy Minority Leader and Bagong Henerasyon (BH) Party-List Rep. Bernadette Herrera dedicated a lengthy Facebook post Monday morning, Nov. 21 to two workers at a Makati City ramen shop who made her day.
According to the post, Herrera went to eat at the ramen shop with her daughter when she noticed afterward that her ring was missing.
Since she had already left, she called the ramen shop to ask the staff there to find it. Coming to the lady solon's rescue was staff Ronald Cuya and security guard Ricky Galleon.
(I called several times but they couldn't find it. Until finally!!!!! They found it outside the restaurant on the road!!! They probably felt the sadness in my voice that's why they persisted in their search!)" narrated Herrera.
What's more inspiring is that Cuya and Galleon refused the congresswoman's offer of a reward.
(I thank you profusely Ronald and Ricky!!! For your honesty and perseverance. I was more impressed when I handed them a tip, and they refused it! You truly are Filipinos with a golden heart!!!)" Herrera added.
She ended her post by telling Cuya and Galleon that her office would be ready to help them should they need anything in the future.
