The Pokemon Company celebrates the launch of Scarlet and Violet

The Pokémon Company is sharing the following news about the Nintendo Switch software titles Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. 

1.  Special video will be shown on Taipei 101@T-Pad LED Light Net

To commemorate the release of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, Taipei 101 will broadcast a special video on the T-Pad LED light net outside the Taipei 101 office tower on 18th November 2022. The video will start with appearances of the legendary Pokémon Koraidon and Miraidon from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Additionally, the video also includes Pokémon Trading Card Game from the upcoming Pokémon Scarlet and Violet trading card game. 

Taipei 101’s T-Pad LED light Net is usually launched from early December for New Year’s Eve activities, but this time, to celebrate the release of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the T-Pad light Net will be starting in November. The video will be shown for 3 days from 18th November to 20th November at 6pm to 10pm. This is a unique opportunity for Pokémon fans of all ages!

2. The first open-world game design in Pokémon series, with multiplayer adding the fun of game experience!

For the first time in the Pokémon series, this title features an open-world design that allows players to explore which way to go, rather than following a fixed story as in the past series.

And this is also the first time that a player can ride the legendary Pokémon to cross the ocean, climb the rock walls, and move quickly to the destination in the vast Paldea region.

With the increase of graphic quality, we can experience more realistic landscapes and Pokémon ecosystems, "picnics" and "Pokémon bath" to allow players to bond with their Pokémon, which enable us to dive into the Pokémon world.

In addition to standard battles, the game also includes new cooperate features with multiplayer, and adds more fun to play with family and friends.

3. Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet Special Event

From November 5th, there will be a special release event held in Taipei Shin Kong Mitsukoshi. There are lots of exciting activities such as photo opportunities of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, a game preview, Pokémon Bingo Rally, and Pokémon Trading Card Game, Pokémon pop-up shop and limited events which only will be held every Saturday and Sunday.
