Maxene Magalona shares more cryptic quotes

Actress Maxene Magalona continued to post cryptic quotes amid controversies.

Recently, Maxene was linked to rumors allegedly related to marital woes of Neil Arce and actress Angel Locsin. Maxene and Neil were former sweethearts.

On Instagram, Maxene shared this latest quote: "You gotta learn to delay your reaction when people are purposely trying to provoke you. You're not a puppet, your mood doesn't change based on how others want you to feel. You control you. You control if, when and how you wanna react."

She also re-posted this: "There's no ex I want back, no one from my past I want back and that includes friendships. Thanks for the lessons but I'm good now."

Then she concluded her Instagram stories by reiterating the importance of always forgiving and sleeping with a clean heart.

Just a few days ago, Maxene came out to admit to making a “mistake.”

She didn’t offer details as to what it was all about but she related that “it sucks when this happens because failing makes me feel like I’m a failure. Which I am not.”

Maxene added, “I make mistakes but I am NOT a mistake. I completely understand that I am only human and that I will make mistakes one way or another in this lifetime. I just have to be patient with myself and rest in the knowing that I’m always trying and doing my best. That will always be enough to me because I know that I am enough.”

Early this month when Maxene documented her moving out of the home she shared with her estranged husband Rob Mananquil.

Recall that the daughter of late Filipino rapper Francis Magalona and Pia Arroyo has revealed a few weeks ago that she and Rob are no longer together.

Despite this, she's thankful for the most important lesson she learned from her failed marriage.
