24-hour water interruptions in San Juan, Mandaluyong, QC due to San Juan Reservoir maintenance ops 


Manila Water announced there will be water service interruptions lasting for up to 24 hours on Monday, Nov. 21, to Tuesday, Nov. 22, in parts of San Juan City, Mandaluyong City, and Quezon City due to maintenance activities at the San Juan Reservoir.

According to Manila Water, they will be conducting supply management and valve setting operations at the San Juan Reservoir.

Starting 12 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 21 until 12 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 22, residents in the following areas may experience water interruptions:

  • Mandaluyong City - Barangays Addition Hills, Barangka Itaas, Barangka Ilaya, Barangka Drive, Barangay Ibaba, Mauway, Pleasant Hills, Malami, Plainview, and Hulo
  • San Juan City - Barangays Addition Hills, Little Baguio, and Greenhills
  • Quezon City - Barangay Valencia

The water concessionaire also said there will be water interruptions in San Juan City on Tuesday, Nov. 22 to Thursday, Nov. 24 due to line maintenance activities.

From 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 22, to 4 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23, the affected areas include parts of Barangay Greenhills, San Juan, particularly the North Greenhills Subdivision.

From 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23, to 4 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 24, parts of Barangays Balong Bato, Pedro Cruz, San Perfecto, Progreso, Rivera, and Batis will be affected.

Manila Water advised residents in the affected areas “to store enough water to supply their needs.”
