What do 1-PACMAN Party-list Rep. Mikee Romero, President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., and Vice President Sara Duterte have in common?

All three were included in Esquire Philippines' "Top 100 Most Powerful People in the Philippines". The magazine published its list last Sept. 23.
Romero played up his inclusion on the list in a Facebook post Wednesday, Nov. 2.
"Politician, businessman, sports enthusiast—Mikee Romero wears many hats. He served as House deputy speaker from 2019 to 2022, and was a key player in the House leadership crisis of 2020," read Romero's entry on the Top 100 list, which carried the banner theme Government and Spiritual Leaders.
Esquire noted that the veteran solon was the chairman and president of Globalport 900, Inc, one of the country's biggest port operators. "A majority shareholder of AirAsia Philippines, he’s also one of the country’s wealthiest people with an estimated net worth of $135 million (P7.6 billion)," it added.
"When he’s not wearing his CEO and congressman hats, Romero is also active in sports. He captains the Philippine polo team and also owns a number of sports teams, including the Manila Sharks (baseball), NorthPort Batang Pier (basketball), and AirAsia Flying Spikers (volleyball)," it further said.
The likes of Marcos; Duterte; Iglesia Ni Cristo founder, Felix Manalo; and Kingdom of Jesus Christ founder, Apollo Quiboloy are on the list.
Among the other House members whose names appeared on the list were Speaker Martin Romualdez of Leyte's 1st district, Senior Deputy Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo of Pampanga's 2nd district, Senior Deputy Majority Leader Sandro Marcos of Ilocos Norte's 1st district, and Rep. Rodante Marcoleta of SAGIP Party-list.
Romero is the chairman of the House Committee on Poverty Alleviation in the current 19th Congress.
