Calabarzon police nab 3 men wanted for rape

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna – Police arrested three men wanted for rape in the Calabarzon or the Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon area on All Saints’ Day, Nov. 1.

Police Regional Office 4-A director Brig. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. identified the suspects as Randolph Villanueva Bitong, Jean Claude Velasquez Casilisilihan, alias “Gino,” and Felipe Condes Opolentisima Jr., alias “Jay-R.”

Bitong was arrested in Barangay Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna.

Casilisilihan was nabbed in Barangay Umiray, General Nakar, Quezon while Opolentisima was caught in Barangay 1, Lipa City, Batangas.

Nartatez lauded arresting units for catching the suspects whose warrants of arrest were issued by various courts in the region.
