Six suspected drug pushers were arrested on Friday afternoon, Nov. 18, during a buy-bust operation in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said.
Nabbed were Maria Liwayway Quiambao, 52; Jason Alamodin, 24; Jasper Tabulo, 25; Margie Ayson, 48; Vanessa Placiente, 43; and Elaiza Mercado, 30.
PDEA Region III agents barged inside the drug den in Barangay Dau at 5:40 p.m. when a poseur buyer gave the signal that the deal was consummated. The operator of the drug den has been the subject of numerous complaints in the community as suspicious-looking individuals frequent the place for their drug-dealing ways.
Aside from the five heat sealed-transparent plastic sachets containing more or less 15 grams of shabu, the PDEA team confiscated various types of drug paraphernalia and the buy-bust money.
