Janice de Belen airs complaint over online delivery

Actress Janice de Belen couldn't help but express disappointment after she received a package different from what she ordered.

She wrote on Instagram: "OMG!!! TODAY I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!!! AND TO MY SURPRISE, I GOT THIS DIRTY DRIPPING WET ITEM!!"

According to her, she tried reaching out to the seller but got no response.

She then tagged the social media account of the online shopping platform.

Janice said: "I HOPE YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT BUDOL ISSUES LIKE THIS!"

She also warned her followers to be cautious about the same.
