Mitsubishi Mirage G4 gets a Black Series Limited Edition

Mitsubishi’s entry-level sedan, the Mirage G4, gets a Black Series as its newest variant. Like the variants of the Montero Sport and Strada, the Mirage G4 Black Series gets improvements throughout.

On the exterior, these include a front grille red accent, black side mirrors, and 16-inch black alloy wheels. Inside, the enhancements are new floor LED illumination (Blue), new center console LED Illumination (Blue), a trunk luggage tray as standard, and a center armrest console.

Besides these the Mirage G4 Black Series carries over some of the models trademarks such as the sporty styling featuring the bold “dynamic shield” front face plus interior refinements such as the new seven-inch Smartphone-link Display Audio (SDA) system which has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.

“When it comes to our customers, we are all ears in order for us to meet their expectations. For the Mirage G4, the target market, being cool and practical at the same time are their major considerations. With the introduction of this new limited edition model, we want to give our customers more options to best represent their personality,” said Takeshi Hara, President and CEO of MMPC.

The Mirage G4 GLS Black series is equipped with a 1.2-liter three-cylinder DOHC MIVEC engine with a Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT), which produces 76.4 HP and 100 N-m torque. It also features keyless entry and engine push start system along with Welcome Home and Coming Home lights that activate upon the click of the remote to illuminate immediate surroundings when leaving or approaching the vehicle.

Only 150 units of this limited edition model will be produced for the Philippine market. It is priced at P899,000 and is available in two (2) colors which are Titanium Gray Metallic and Red Metallic.
