Las Piñas LGU issues traffic advisory for Christ the King fiesta celebration

The city government of Las Piñas issued an advisory to motorists passing along the stretch of Alabang-Zapote Road to expect heavy traffic in celebration of the annual feast of Christ the King on Saturday, Nov. 19.

The traffic bureau told motorists to anticipate heavy traffic due to the events prepared by the local parishioners and residents of Christ the King Parish in San Isidro, Pamplona I.

A fiesta karakul street dancing will be conducted by the local parishioners from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.to be followed by a motorcade and marching band parade from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The procession of the Blessed Sacrament will be conducted from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The city government is asking for understanding from motorists who will be caught in the heavy traffic in celebration of the annual feast of Christ the King.
