Angono, Rizal showcases micro businesses in entrepreneur fair

Products of micro and small businesses based in Angono, Rizal took centerstage in the local government-initiated Entrepreneur Fair 2022 which is ongoing at the municipal gymnasium.

Food products, from snacks to preserved meals and cold cuts, pickled vegetables, desserts; men’s and lady’s accessories like bags and sandals that are handcrafted; clothes and apparels, and other novelty items are featured at the Entrepreneur Fair 2022 which is happening until this weekend.

The Entrepreneur Fair is part of the schedule of activities for the Higantes Festival 2022.

The office of Mayor Jeri Mae Calderon said the trade fair will enable small businesses in the town to showcase their products not only to the residents but also to visitors who will troop to the municipality to take part in the town’s most colorful and festive celebration.

New products that have not been introduced yet to the local market can be bought at the trade fair which is open until Saturday, November 19, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Higantes Festival is the town’s annual thanksgiving event in honor of its patron saint, Saint Clement the Pope, whose feast days fall on November 22 and 23.
