The 'realness' of a '10' in a mid-ranged price

It is impressive with an eye-catchy design and sports a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with 1080p resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch response rate -- all protected by Gorilla Glass 5.

It is based on the Helio G99 chipset by MediaTek which proved to be better when it comes to games, has 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, a microSD slot, a dual camera on the back with a 50MP primary and a 2MP depth auxiliary. The Realme 10 is powered by a 5,000mAh battery, and it supports 33W fast wired charging.

As billed above, we've tested them all as true.

First look, the realme 10 is premium-looking with shiny mirror-like rear slate with a gradient light particle design, a well-placed back camera modules and curved rear edges. It is light and compact for single grasp as the power button doubles as fingerprint scanner along with the volume keys on the right side, a SIM card tray with slots for two nano-SIM cards and a microSD card on the left, and the primary microphone, 3.5mm headphone jack, USB-C port, and down-firing speaker grille at the bottom.

It’s big 6.4-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED with 360Hz touch sampling rate and 90Hz refresh rate flashes colors that are vibrant and clear details, even during outdoors and under direct sunlight use.

Watching shows is a treat, bettered by good speakers that could easily fill a room, thanks to realme 10's Hi-Res 200% UltraBoom Speaker.

It's a total performer, working on Android 12 operating system with the realme UI 3.0. This UI is smooth and easy to use, allows tweaking of font size and styles, icon look, and a lot more customization features. RAM comes at 8GB, but you can increase it up to 16GB, thanks to its Dynamic RAM capability. The MediaTek Helio G99 chipset with 2.2GHz octa-core CPUs and dual-core ARM Mali-G57 GPU are what you need for power ans speed.

As a shooter, the realme 10 is a deadshot.

The 50-megapixel main and 2-megapixel depth capture great colors, sharp details, and notable depth -- for photos worthy of your Instagram. The real 10 has a Dazzle AI feature that functions as a chroma boost that makes the colors pop even more, but without over-saturation. Digital zoom is up to 10x.

Night shooting on Night Mode and steady hands can get you impressive shots of sharpness and colors.
