The house will be also be a part of San Juan's historical trail together with the El Deposito museum and other historical landmarks.
By next year, San Juan City and the province of Ilocos Norte will have a sister LGU agreement that we are really looking forward to because first of all, the province of Ilocos Norte is our friend and family that's why it is just appropriate to have an agreement enabling the two LGUs to cooperate and learn from each other)," Zamora said.
"We learn from the best practices of the province of Ilocos Norte and hopefully, we can also share some of our learnings here in San Juan," he added.
The mayor announced that the province will participate in the city's Christmas bazaar that will open on Dec. 2.
In the coming weeks, we are going to have a caravan wherein the products of Ilocos Norte will be brought here in San Juan for us to support)," Zamora explained.
Local delicacies from Ilocos Norte such as bagnet, longganisa, garlic, as well as other produce like fruits and vegetables will be sold in San Juan during the caravan.
"We look forward to sharing ang mga Ilocos produce especially yung mga binanggit ni Mayor Francis, ang mga longganisa and bagnet na may kasama pang empanada and cornick and of course, all our Ilocano favorites (We look forward to sharing our Ilocos produce especially those stated by Mayor Francis such as longganisa and bagnet, as well as empanada, cornick, and of course, all our Ilocano favorites)," Manotoc said.
