Online seller nabbed in Baguio buy-bust

BAGUIO CITY – A 50-year-old online seller was arrested and yielded suspected shabu valued at P32,000 in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Middle Quirino Hill here on Wednesday, Nov. 16.

Police identified the suspect as Ferlinda Malamanig Fernandez of Barangay Aurora Hill, this city.

Recovered from the suspect was one transparent plastic cellophane containing suspected shabu weighing more or less 4.8 grams with a Standard Drug Price of P32,640, tissue paper used to wrap the illegal drug, cellphone, ‘’ampaw’’ (Chinese red envelope), and the buy-bust money.

Fernandez faces charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
