Hui, the leader of K-pop boy band Pentagon’s leader Hui, has been discharged from military service.
He completed his military service as a social work personnel on Nov. 17 after one year and nine months.

Hui enlisted in the military on Feb. 18, 2021 and entered the Nonsan Army Training Center in South Chungcheong province, South Korea for his basic military training.
To mark his comeback to Pentagon, Huli will hold a live broadcast on YouTube at 6 p.m. KST on Nov. 18.
“The day when Hui finally returns to the Universe! Let's share what we've been wanting to say to each other and have fun,” according to an announcement on Pentagon’s official Twitter account.
Military service is a mandatory duty for all Korean men.
Hui became the second member of Pentagon to enlist in the military after Jinho, who enlisted in May 2020 and was discharged in November last year.
Last May, Pentagon member Hongseok enlisted in the military service and is serving as an active duty soldier.
