Former security guard nabbed with P170,000 worth of shabu in Bacolod

BACOLOD CITY -- Police seized 25 grams of suspected shabu worth P170,000 from a former security guard in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Singcang-Airport here on Wednesday, Nov. 16.

Arrested was Reyman Sangco, 38, of Barangay Orong, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.

Maj. Joery Puerto, head of Police Station 8, said that Sangco is one of the drug personalities in the target list of Kabankalan City.

Puerto said the suspect can be considered as an alleged drug runner as he is tasked by a financier in Kabankalan City to allegedly get the supply of illegal drugs here.

The illegal drugs are then distributed in Kabankalan City, Puerto said.
