Anilao, Iloilo's most wanted person nabbed in QC

A man tagged as one of the most wanted persons in Anilao, Iloilo was arrested in Quezon City on Wednesday, Nov. 16, the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) announced.

Police identified the suspect as Joemar Siaotong, 43, a resident of Lower Bicutan, Taguig City, and listed as No. 1 most wanted person in Anilao, Iloilo.

The suspect was nabbed at Bldg., 15A Panorama Compound, Veterans St., Western Bicutan, Taguig City at about 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16.

The joint manhunt operation was conducted by members of the District Mobile Force Battalion (DMFB), Quezon City District Intelligence Team (QCDIT), Regional Intelligence Unit-National Capital Region/Intelligence Group (RIU-NCR/IG), Anilao MPS, and Provincial Intelligence Team, Aklan PPO.

Siaotong was nabbed by virtue of a warrant of arrest for rape issued by Judge Oscar Leo Sancho Billena of Branch 66, Regional Trial Court (RTC) Sixth Judicial Region, Baratac Viejo, Iloilo.
