16 towns, 2 cities in Quezon under Alert Level 1

LUCENA CITY – The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG)-Region 4-A announced Thursday, Nov. 17, that 15 towns and two cities in the province of Quezon are under Covid-19 Alert Level 1 from Nov. 16 to 30.

These are Alabat, Atimonan, Candelaria, City of Tayabas, Lucena City, Dolores, Lucban, Mauban, Pagbilao, Perez, Plaridel, Polilio, Quezon, Sampaloc, San Antonio, Tiaong, and Unisan.

The rest of Quezon are under Alert Level 2 until Nov. 30.

The DILG said the provinces of Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal are also under Alert Level 1.

The Department of Health reminded the people not to let their guard down against Covid and continue following health protocols.

Alert Level 1 is the least stringent Covid restriction in the country.
