University of Immaculate Conception-Davao grad leads November 2022 Pharmacist Licensure exam


The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Tuesday, Nov. 15, hailed Ritch Joshua Dela Cerna Villadarez from the University of the Immaculate Conception-Davao as the top-notcher for November 2022 Pharmacist Licensure Examination.

He garnered an average score of 92.65 percent.

Honey Lynn Magtoto Isip from the University of Santo Tomas placed in the second spot with 92.55 percent.

PRC announced that 2,390 out of 3,828 examinees successfully passed the said board exam.

It was given by the Board of Pharmacy in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Meanwhile, Saint Louis University was the exam's top-performing school with an overall passing rate of 96.40 percent.

It was followed by De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute with 92.31 percent.

PRC advised that the date and venue of the oathtaking ceremony will be announced further.

“On December 16, December 19 – 21 and December 26 – 28, 2022, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope.

“Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals,” it added.
